DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Chemring Group PLC confirms that, as previous announced, The Rt Hon Lord Freeman will be retiring from the Board as of 31 December 2013. No payments will be made to Lord Freeman other than his normal non-executive directors' fee up to 31 December 2013.
