The following amendment has been made to the "Additional Listing" announcement released on 10 December 2025 at 7:00 under RNS No 8754K. The announcement should read "for the further issue of 571,620 Ordinary Shares" not "for a block listing of 571,620 Ordinary Shares". All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown below.

Additional Listing - Correction
Chemring announces that an application has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") and the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") for the further issue of 571,620 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each (the "Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the Main Market of the LSE.
The new Ordinary Shares are being issued to satisfy part of the deferred consideration for an acquisition the Company completed in December 2022. Such new Ordinary Shares will, when issued, be credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company.
It is expected that admission will become effective on 12 December 2025.
