Director's Dealings
On 20 May 2019 Chris Zeal, a Non-Executive Director, purchased 198,023 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 5.0499p per share. Following this purchase Chris Zeal holds 198,023 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.
In accordance with the Company's Non-Executive Directors' Restricted Share Unit Plan, Chris Zeal will receive a matching share award of 198,023 shares. These shares will vest in equal instalments over the next three years on 20 May 2020, 2021 and 2022 provided that Chris Zeal retains all of the shares purchased on 20 May 2019.
