Contango Holdings Plc, the London listed natural resource development company, announces that all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today.

 

Carl Esprey, CEO of Contango, commented:

 

'I would like to thank all those shareholders who participated in the AGM, whether in person or via proxy.
