This is a correction to the Total Voting Rights announcement published at 14:43 on 2 August 2023 which incorrectly stated that `The Company issued share capital consists of the following as at 31 July 2023: 318,635,257 Ordinary Shares of No Par Value with one voting right per share.' The correct issued share capital of Castelnau Group Limited as at 31 July 2023 consisted of 318,635,256 Ordinary Shares of No Par Value with one voting right per share. The full corrected announcement is included below.
