Chaarat (AIM - CGH), the AIM quoted exploration and development company with assets in the Kyrgyz Republic, was informed on 3rd February that as of that day Labro Investments Limited ("Labro") held 117,721,252 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each, representing 33% of the issued share capital of the Company, following purchases on 2nd February of 109,183 ordinary shares at a price of 11.95 pence per share.
Martin Andersson (the Chairman of Chaarat) is indirectly beneficially interested in the majority of the shares in Labro.
In accordance with the announcement dated 27 September 2016, a further 7,756,316 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each may be acquired by the concert party within a period of six months from 1 October 2016 without triggering a requirement to make a mandatory offer under the Articles of Association of the Company.
