Purchase of Own Securities

On 25 March 2010 Colefax Group Plc bought for cancellation a total of 10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") representing approximately 0.07 per cent of the voting rights in, and the issued ordinary share capital of, the Company at a price of 152.5p per share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 14,705,000 Ordinary Shares in issue with each Ordinary Share carrying the right to one vote.
