Notification of Transactions of Directors and Connected Persons
The Company was notified on 9 February 2011 of the following sale of ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") of 10 pence by David Green, Wendy Nicholls, Key Hall, Robert Barker and Julie Barker, spouse of Robert Barker, a Connected Person of the Company. The transactions by Robert and Julie Barker were undertaken to utilise their individual annual CGT exemptions.
The company was also notified on 9 February 2011 that Robert Barker transferred 50,000 Ordinary Shares in the company to his spouse Julie Barker.
