Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited (AIM / ASX: CFU) announces that following the issue of shares announced on 20 September 2012, the Company now has 1,558,731,320 ordinary shares of nil par value with voting rights in issue. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 1,558,731,320. The Company does not hold any shares as treasury shares
