Total Voting Rights
Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited (AIM / ASX: CFU) announces that, due to an administrative error, the announcement made on 22 September 2010 detailing the results of the overseas offer and rights issue included an incorrect figure for the number of rights issue shares to be issued. The correct figure is 51,112,184 fully paid ordinary shares. Consequently, the number of shares admitted to AIM pursuant to the overseas offer and rights issue on 28 September was incorrect. A correction will be made shortly.
Following the overseas offer and rights issue, the Company now has 1,195,446,166 ordinary shares of nil par value with voting rights in issue. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 1,195,446,166. The Company does not hold any shares as treasury shares.
