Ordinary share listing application

Centamin announces the partial vesting of the 2018 share awards in accordance with the Company's shareholder approved Performance Share Plan ("PSP").

Over the three-year vesting period, performance conditions were met equating to a 20% vesting percentage. To satisfy the vested awards 495,311 ordinary shares of no par value ("Shares") will be issued and will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares.

The application has been submitted the London Stock Exchange and on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA"). The awarded shares are expected to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange from 8:00am BST on 28 May 2021.

Immediately following the share admission, and in accordance with FCA Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company's total issued share capital will comprise of 1,156,450,695 ordinary shares of no par value and each carrying one voting right.
