Leni Gas & Oil PLC24 April 2007 For Immediate Release 24 April 2007 LENI GAS & OIL Plc Appoints McDaniel & Associates as Technical Advisors Leni Gas & Oil plc ("LGO" or the "Company"), an oil and gas exploration anddevelopment company has engaged McDaniel & Associates Consultants Ltd("McDaniel"), one of the world's leading petroleum consulting firms specialisingin geological and petroleum engineering studies, to act as a technical advisorand the Competent Person to the Company. McDaniel will provide advice on work programmes on LGO's latest farm-in on anexploration block in Area 4, located offshore Malta between Libya, which has aBest Estimate STOIIP (P50) totalling 3,567 million barrels of oil and a High Estimate STOIIP (P10) totalling 14,432 million barrels of oil as reported by theoperator of the Block.
