Results of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

The Board of Columbus is pleased to announce that at the Company's AGM held earlier today all Resolutions were passed.

Following the AGM, Leo Koot, the Company's Executive Chairman, delivered a presentation on the Company's recent promising progress, and also presented a new Strategy Road Map. The presentation emphasised management's commitment to growing production in Trinidad to become cash flow positive before the end of 2017 which will enable the Company to accelerate, implement and internally fund a number of new initiatives to grow production, including the additional Goudron waterflood pilots and well optimisation work.

This presentation and Strategy Road Map will be made available on the Company's website shortly and a video will be available on the website later today.
