The Company was informed today that BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited holds the total voting rights attaching to 40 million ordinary shares in the Company representing 6.94% of the total voting rights in the Company.
The Company confirms that it has a total number of 576,304,965 Ordinary shares in issue and total number of 576,304,965 voting rights.
