The Company was informed today thatΒ BlackRock Investment Management (UK) LimitedΒ holds the totalΒ voting rights attaching toΒ 40 millionΒ ordinary shares in the Company representingΒ 6.94% of the total voting rights in the Company.
The Company confirms that it has a total number of 576,304,965 Ordinary shares in issue and total number of 576,304,965 voting rights.
