Directors' Dealings
The Company was informed today that David Lenigas, Chairman, on 3 October 2011 purchased 3 million ordinary shares of 0.05p each in the Company at a price of 1.26 pence per share. This purchase takes Mr Lenigas's total holding to 135 million ordinary shares, representing 14.69% of the total issued share capital.
Mr Lenigas also holds 8 million options to subscribe for ordinary shares in the Company at an exercise price of 3 pence that expire on 16 March 2012.
In addition, the Company was informed today that Neil Ritson, Director, today purchased 5 million ordinary shares of 0.05p each in the Company at a price of 1.25 pence per share. This purchase takes Mr Ritson's total holding to 12.5 million ordinary shares, representing 1.36% of the total issued share capital.
Mr Ritson also holds 25 million options to subscribe for ordinary shares in the Company that expire on 18 November 2013 at the following exercise prices:
