Result of AGM
Cerillion, the billing, charging and customer relationship management software solutions provider, is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting, held today at 9:00 a.m., resolutions 1 to 9 were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 10 to 13 were passed as special resolutions.
The text of all the resolutions is contained in the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting.
The results of the polls taken on the resolutions are as follows:
