Director/PDMR shareholding
Cerillion plc, the billing, charging and customer relationship management software solutions provider, announces that it has been notified that on 5 February 2021, Mr Andrew Smith, Marketing Director, transferred 20,000 ordinary shares of GBP 0.005 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his spouse, Mrs Katherine Smith, for nil consideration (the "Transfer"). Following the Transfer, Mr Andrew Smith, together with his spouse, remains interested in a total of 34,540 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.12% of the Company's issued share capital.
The information below, set out in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail on exercise of Options and Transfer.
