Notice of AGM and Posting of Annual Report & Accounts
Cerillion, the billing, charging and customer relationship management ("CRM") software solutions provider, announces that its Notice of Annual General Meeting, along with its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2019, has been posted to shareholders.
The Company's AGM will be held at the offices of Orrick LLP, 9th Floor, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN on 7 February 2020 at 9.00 a.m.
Copies of the Notice of AGM and the Annual Report and Accounts are also available on the Company's website, www.cerillion.com.
