Cerillion, the billing, charging and customer relationship management software solutions provider, announces that on 12 May 2022 Andrew Dickson, Chief Financial Officer, purchased a total of 1,407 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 710 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transaction, Andrew Dickson has a total beneficial holding of 1,407 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.005% of the Company's issued share capital.
