Cerillion, the billing, charging and customer relationship management ("CRM") software solutions provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Liberum Capital Limited ("Liberum") as its Nominated Adviser and sole corporate broker with immediate effect.

In addition to the directorships disclosed in the Company's admission document dated 14 March 2016, Alan Howarth, Louis Hall, Oliver Gilchrist and Guy O'Connor were, at that time, also directors of Cerillion Technologies Limited (Malta).
