CEPS PLC ("CEPS" OR THE "COMPANY") ISSUE OF EQUITY
CEPS announces that following receipt of a notice to exercise options at an exercise price of 62.5 pence it has allotted and issued, credited as fully paid, 54 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company.
It is expected that dealings in these new ordinary shares will commence on 23 June 2008.
Following admission, the issued share capital of the Company will be 8,314,285 ordinary shares.
Following the exercise, there will be a balance of 1,437,312 existing warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares of the Company.
