CEPS PLC (the "Company") Directors' Dealings
The Company received notification on 25 May 2007 that David Horner as part of the rearrangement of his shareholdings sold on 22 May 2007, 14,535 ordinary shares at a price of 47.5p and 50,000 warrants at a price of 11.5p from Chelverton Asset Management Limited to Colinette Holdings Limited. David Horner's shareholding is set out below:

Following these transactions, there was no change in David Horner's beneficial interest in the voting share capital of the Company.
