Celsis International PLC30 August 2005 Celsis International Plc Share consolidation update 30 August 2005 Celsis International Plc (the "Company") confirms that the consolidation of itsshare capital approved by shareholders on 26 July 2005 was finalised at close ofbusiness on 26 August 2005. The consolidation was conducted on the basis of onenew 5p ordinary share in the Company for each five ordinary shares of 1p eachheld in the Company at close of business on 26 August 2005. As a result of the consolidation of the share capital, the current issued sharecapital of the company comprises 22,483,043 ordinary shares of 5p each.
