In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, following an allotment of an aggregate of 6,870 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") made on 17 December 2020 pursuant to the exercise of outstanding options under the Codemasters' Employee Share Option Plan, Codemasters confirms that, as of 17 December 2020, it has 152,464,355 Ordinary Shares in issue and admitted to trading on AIM. The International Securities Identification Number ("ISIN") for the Company's ordinary shares is GB00BFWZ2G72.
