Director's shareholding

Clarity announces that it was today informed that, on the same day, John O'Hara, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, transferred 401,973 ordinary shares of 25p ("Ordinary Shares") each into a trust in which he is a beneficiary. Following this transaction, John O'Hara's interest in the Company remains unchanged at 685,775 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.14 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
