Clarity Commerce Solutions PLC27 September 2007 Clarity Announces Further Strengthening of Executive Team Clarity Commerce Solutions plc ("Clarity" or the "Company") The Board announces that Ken Smith has been appointed to the new position ofGroup Managing Director with immediate effect. Graham York remains as CEO, andwill focus on strategic development. Ken has been CFO on a part time basis and a director since 26 June 2007 and hashad a long association with Clarity, having been an early-stage investor and NonExecutive Director. Ken qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte Haskins and Sells (nowDeloitte and Touche) in Glasgow, and was subsequently instrumental in thefinancial recovery of Alphameric plc where he was Group Finance Director from1990 to 1995. Ken will be responsible for the operation of the business and will take over allday to day responsibilities. Founder Graham York remains a director and CEO of Clarity.
