05 March 2020 - London, UK -Crossword Cybersecurity Plc (AIM:CCS, "Crossword", the "Company" or the "Group"), the technology commercialisation company focused on cyber security and risk, announces that Tom Ilube, its Chief executive Officer, has been granted probate in respect of 2,105 Crossword ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") that had been held by his late sister which will be disposed of in due course. In addition, Mr Ilube holds 1,382,112 Ordinary Shares representing 29.7 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
