Breege O’Donoghue to retire from Board

Dublin, London | 25 October, 2017: C&C Group plc (“C&C” or the “Company”), a leading manufacturer, marketer and distributor of branded cider, beer, wine and soft drinks, announces that Breege O’Donoghue, after 13 years as a non-executive Director, will retire from the C&C Board with effect from 31 December 2017.

Breege has served on the Board of Directors since C&C’s initial public offering in 2004. During this time, Breege also served as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.

On Breege’s retirement, Stewart Gilliland will become Chairman of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 31 December 2017.
