Board Committee Membership Update

C&C Group plc announces the following changes to the composition of its Board Committees, with effect from 23 October 2024.

· Feargal O'Rourke is appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee; and

· Sanjay Nakra, is appointed as a member of the Audit and ESG Committees.

Following the changes noted above, the Board Committee membership is as follows:
