Publication of Final Terms

Amsterdam, The Netherlands - 8 March 2016 - Coca-Cola HBC Finance B.V. (the "Issuer") today announces the following final terms (the "Final Terms") are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 8 March 2016 of €600,000,000 1.875 per cent. Guaranteed Notes due 11 November 2024 issued by the Issuer under the base prospectus dated 30 September 2015 as supplemented on 19 February 2016 (the "Base Prospectus") in respect of the Issuer's €3,000,000,000 Euro Medium-Term Note Programme guaranteed by Coca-Cola HBC AG and Coca-Cola HBC Holdings B.V.
