· Final Terms dated 13 May 2019 in respect of the €600,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 1.625% Notes due 2031,

to be issued by Coca-Cola HBC Finance B.V. under its €5 billion Euro Medium Term Note Programme, and guaranteed by Coca-Cola HBC AG.
