Launch of Issue of Notes

Zug, Switzerland and Amsterdam, The Netherlands - 15 September 2022 - Coca-Cola HBC AG ("Coca-Cola HBC") and Coca-Cola HBC Finance B.V. (the "Issuer") today announce the launch of a Euro denominated 3-year fixed-rate issue of Notes (the "Notes"), to be issued by the Issuer under its €5 billion Euro Medium Term Note Programme, subject to market conditions.

The Notes will be guaranteed by Coca-Cola HBC.

This announcement must be read in conjunction with the Base Prospectus dated 6 September 2022 (the "Base Prospectus") which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of domestic law in the United Kingdom by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.

Application will be made for the Notes to be admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the Regulated Market of the London Stock Exchange plc.

Coca-Cola HBC intends that an amount equal to the net proceeds of the Notes will be used for Eligible Green Projects in accordance with the requirements set out in Coca-Cola HBC's Green Finance Framework, available on Coca-Cola HBC's website at: https://www.coca-colahellenic.com/en/investor-relations/debt-investors.
