Launch of Issue of Notes

Zug, Switzerland and Amsterdam, The Netherlands - 13 November 2024 - Coca-Cola HBC Finance B.V. (the "Issuer") and Coca-Cola HBC AG ("Coca-Cola HBC") today announce the launch of a Euro denominated 8-year fixed-rate issue of Notes (the "Notes"), to be issued by the Issuer under its €5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme, subject to market conditions.

The Notes will be guaranteed by Coca-Cola HBC.

This announcement must be read in conjunction with the Base Prospectus dated 19 December 2023, as supplemented on 15 February 2024 and 12 November 2024 (the "Base Prospectus") which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of domestic law in the United Kingdom by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended.

Application will be made for the Notes to be admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the Regulated Market of the London Stock Exchange plc.
