Zug, Switzerland - 13 November 2024 - Coca-Cola HBC AG ("Coca-Cola HBC") announces that William W. (Bill) Douglas III, Independent non-Executive Director, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Monster Beverage Corporation (trading on Nasdaq under the symbol MNST), with effect from 1 January 2025.

This disclosure is made pursuant to paragraph 6.4.9R of the UK Listing Rules.
