The release of the awards to participants, on a straight line basis,Β is dependent upon the satisfaction of performance conditions, based on the Group's adjusted profit before tax result on 31 December 2011Β reaching between Β£90 million and Β£100 million.Β
MrΒ Viard's performance condition will runΒ untilΒ 31 DecemberΒ 2011, atΒ which stageΒ and if shares have vested,Β he will be required to hold theΒ shares for a further twoΒ years.Β
