Director/PDMR Shareholding - 2011 Computacenter Employee Benefit Trust
Further to the announcement made on today's date under RNS number 6572I, the Company announces that on 21 March 2018, CGWL Nominees Limited ('CGWL') on behalf of the 2011 Computacenter Employee Benefit Trust (the 'Trust') purchased 291,507 Ordinary Shares of 75/9 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company in off-market transactions at the market volume-weighted average price of 1166.8694 pence per share. The Ordinary Shares were purchased as a result of vested awards exercising under the Computacenter Performance Share Plan 2005 ('PSP').
Following this purchase, CGWL will hold 1,464,336 or approximately 1.28 per cent, of the Company's outstanding Ordinary Shares on behalf of the Trust.
The Trust is a discretionary trust under which the Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, together with other employees of the Company, are potential beneficiaries, each of which is deemed as interested in all of the Ordinary Shares held by the Trust.
