Director/PDMR Shareholding: Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a)
Further to the announcement made on today's date under RNS number 0916T, Computacenter plc announces that on 22 March 2016, CGWL Nominees Limited on behalf of The 2011 Computacenter Employee Benefit Trust purchased 580,633 ordinary shares in the Company at 842.438 pence per share. The shares were purchased as a result of awards vesting under the Computacenter Performance Share Plan 2005.
Following this purchase, CGWL Nominees Limited will hold 1,884,035 shares on behalf of The 2011 Computacenter Employee Benefit Trust.
The Trust is a discretionary trust under which all employees of Computacenter plc are potential beneficiaries, including the directors, each of which is deemed for the purposes of the Companies Act 2006 as interested in all of the shares held by The 2011 Computacenter Employee Benefit Trust.
