Dividend Declaration
Further to the announcement of its audited results to 31 December 2015 earlier today, Charlemagne confirms that it has declared a second interim dividend of 0.5 US cents (GB 0.3513 pence) per share in respect of the year ended 31 December 2015.
This dividend will be paid on 22 April 2016 to shareholders on the record on 29 March 2016. The Ex-Dividend Date will be 24 March 2016.
Dividends will be payable in pounds sterling unless the Company's registrar holds an instruction from the shareholder to pay in US dollars.
