Dividend Declaration

Further to the announcement of its interim results to 30 June 2010 earlier today, Charlemagne Capital Limited confirms that it has declared an ordinary interim dividend of 0.4 US cents (0.2596 pence) per share and an interim special dividend of 1.1 US cents (0.7138 pence) per share.

Both dividends will be paid on 15 October 2010 to shareholders on the record on 17 September 2010. Dividends will be payable in pounds sterling unless the Company's registrar holds an instruction from the shareholder to pay in US dollars.
