Dividend Declaration

Further to the announcement of its interim results to 30 June 2014 earlier today, Charlemagne Capital Limited (the "Company") confirms that it has declared an interim dividend of 0.5 US cents (0.3074 pence) per share.

The dividend will be paid on 24 October 2014 to shareholders on the record on 26 September 2014 and will be payable in pounds sterling unless the Company's registrar holds an instruction from the shareholder to pay in US dollars. The Company's ordinary shares will go ex-dividend on 24 September 2014.
