Dividend Declaration

Further to the announcement of its audited results to 31 December 2011 earlier today, Charlemagne Capital Limited confirms that it has declared a further interim dividend of 0.6 US cents (0.3786 pence) per share in respect of the year ended 31 December 2011.

This dividend will be paid on 27 April 2012 to shareholders on the record on 30 March 2012. Dividends will be payable in pounds sterling unless the Company's registrar holds an instruction from the shareholder to pay in US dollars.
