Dividend Declaration
Further to the announcement of its audited results to 31 December 2014 earlier today, Charlemagne confirms that it has declared a second interim dividend of 0.5 US cents (GB 0.3393 pence) per share in respect of the year ended 31 December 2014.
This dividend will be paid on 24 April 2015 to shareholders on the record on 27 March 2015. Dividends will be payable in pounds sterling unless the Company's registrar holds an instruction from the shareholder to pay in US dollars.
