Change to Significant Shareholding
On 28 April 2014, Charlemagne Capital Limited (the "Company"), was notified of a sale of shares in the Company by a significant shareholder.
On 24 April 2014, Regatta Invest Corporation ("Regatta") sold a total of 10,000,000 Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each in the Company at a price of 16.00p per share.
As a result of this sale, Regatta has ceased to be a significant shareholder in the Company for the purposes of the AIM Rules.
