Cubus Lux plc15 January 2007 CUBUS LUX PLC PLACING TO RAISE £2.13 MILLION Cubus Lux plc ("Company"), the Croatian leisure and tourism company, todayannounces the successful placing of 16,225,524 new ordinary shares of 1 pennyeach in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 13.125p per new OrdinaryShare, raising £2,129,600 for the Company, before expenses. The funds raised will be used for working capital purposes and for thedevelopment of the Olive Island Marina, on the island of Uglijan, Croatia. Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM anddealings are expected to commence on 18 January 2007.
