Further to the announcement made on 29 April 2022 the Company notes an amendment to the Notice of Annual General Meeting which is due to be posted shortly.

Proxy forms relating to the Annual General Meeting are to be received by the Company's Registrars no later than close of business on 14 June 2022.

An amended Annual Financial Report including the revised Notice of Annual General Meeting reflecting 14 June 2022 as the latest date for the submission of proxy forms is available on the Company's website at www.ceibalimited.co.uk.
