("Caza" or the "Company") Statement re suspension Due to a settlement issue, unrelated to the listing of shares on AIM, thetrading of Caza's common shares (the "Common Shares") was temporarily suspendedon AIM as of 3.15pm today. This settlement issue caused the listing of the Company's shares on the TSX tobe delayed. As the listing of the Common Shares on the TSX prior to orconcurrently with AIM is critical from a Canadian tax perspective, the Companyrequested a suspension of trading of the Common Shares on AIM pending theresolution of the settlement issue and the listing of the Common Shares on theTSX. This settlement issue has now been resolved and the Common Shares have commencedtrading on the TSX and the Company has requested that the suspension of theCompany's shares on AIM be lifted at 7.30am on 13 December 2007.
