Director's Dealings Notification

In accordance with DTR 3.1.4, the Company was notified on 12 December that Mr. G.V. Sherren, the Chairman of Centaur Media Plc, had that day purchased 100,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each. All the shares were purchased on the London Stock Exchange for GBP 0.34 per share. 

As a result of this transaction Mr G.V. Sherren is now interested in 9,190,770 Ordinary shares of 10p each in the company representing 6.524% of the issued share capital.
