In accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) and (c), the Company was advised on 11 March 2015 that the following Directors acquired ordinary shares on 11 March 2015 at a price of £0.675 per share. All of the shares were purchased on the London Stock Exchange. As a result of the transaction each Director will now be interested in the total number of shares set out below.
