Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulations.
On 24 April 2017 the following awards over ordinary shares of 10 pence in Centaur Media Plc were granted under the Centaur Media Long Term Incentive Plan 2016 to the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities:
